A refund request must be made within 30-days of payment. Please use the support form to request a refund. To enable prompt processing please ensure your message includes your name, the date on which payment was made and the amount you paid as well as as the amount you want refunded. Any refund to be paid will be done so promptly.

Any indulgence granted by us to the Buyer and any failure by us to insist on strict performance of the WinAudit licence agreement shall not be deemed to waiver any of our rights or remedies nor be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default by the Buyer.

Parmavex Services does not recognise any Terms & Conditions supplied by the Purchaser, unless specifically acknowledged and agreed in writing. Execution of, compliance with or implementation of orders does not imply acceptance of the Purchaser's Terms & Conditions.
