License Grant and Restrictions

Parmavex Services grants you and you accept a non-exclusive license to use the WinAudit but you do not acquire any rights of ownership or distribution in whole or part. Parmavex Services is the exclusive owner of WinAudit which is copyrighted. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold and always remains the property of Parmavex Services.

  Trial Version License

The trial license permits you to use one copy of WinAudit on a single computer for your personal or company use for a period of 30 days. You may not use the Software in any way after such 30 day period unless extended by Parmavex Services. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise modify the Software in any way. You may not remove any proprietary notices that are provided with or within the Software. You may not rent, lease, sub-license, assign, loan, create a derivative work based on its content or otherwise use or transfer use of the Software or any part thereof to others. However, you may allow the trial version to be installed by others for evaluation purposes only by making them aware of the limitations set forth herein.

  Registered Version License

The registered version license permits you to use one copy of WinAudit on a single computer for your personal or company use. You may make one backup copy for archival purposes. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble or otherwise modify the Software in any way. You may not remove any proprietary notices that are provided with or within the Software. You may not sell, rent, lease, sub-license, assign, loan, create a derivative work based on its content or otherwise use or transfer use of the Software or any part thereof to others.

You may access the registered version of WinAudit through a network, provided that you have an individual WinAudit license for each workstation that will access WinAudit through the network. For example, if 10 different workstations will access WinAudit on the network, you must have 10 WinAudit licenses, regardless of whether they use Winaudit at different times or concurrently.

A site license for WinAudit entitles your organization to duplicate the software as necessary for use within your organization on an unlimited number of computers.

  No Warranties

This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Parmavex Services makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to the software or the results obtained or to be obtained from its use. Parmavex Services does not warrant that your use of the software will be uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free. All warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are hereby expressly disclaimed. Parmavex Services expressly disclaims any implied warranty that any other product (including without limitation any copy of the software you may subsequently purchase) will conform to the software provided to you under this agreement.

In no event shall Parmavex Services or its suppliers or distributors or agents be liable for any damage arising out of or related to the use of this product, including without limitation actual, direct, special, consequential, indirect, exemplary or punitive damages, whether or not such damages were foreseeable and even if Parmavex Services was advised that such damages were likely or possible.
