 Strategic and Tactical Planning
Parmavex Services will participate with the customer in defining the strategies to be
adopted for Networking and provide the required input on networking capacities, utilization
of devices, lines and the deployment of equipment to ensure that the network capitalization
is maximized. This will ensure that all the user's needs are being met.
Wide Area Network Services
Parmavex Services will be responsible for the operation and management of the entire Wide
Area Network, including WAN hardware and software, integration of third party activities
and provision of WAN availability in accordance with agreed Service levels.
Local Area Network Services
Parmavex Services will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, administration and
management of all Local Area Networks, including design, security management, inventory and
licensing of all software.
LAN and WAN Audits
Parmavex Services will conduct and audit all of all hardware, software and cabling of the
LAN and WAN, including all desktop equipment. The audit will provide information on the
technical infrastructure for strategic planning, input to the asset register and each
device will be labelled so that administration of the environment can be simplified.
Our business is to provide a complete network service, through which we achieve added
value by providing pro-activity, streamlined processes and simplified responsibility for our
customers. We have four strategies of operation to deliver these services:
Project-based installation, configuration and training.
Complete on-site management of the client's Network.
Ad-hoc or part-time management of the client's Network.
Secondary services such as procurement and technology awareness.
